Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) Conversion & Action Planning Series
Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) Conversion & Action Planning Series

This comprehensive training program is designed to guide healthcare leaders through the full lifecycle of the Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) journey, from initial exploration to successful implementation and ongoing management. Participants will gain a strong foundation in REH designation, including eligibility requirements, financial modeling, strategic planning, and the application process.
Building on this foundation, the program transitions into practical action planning, equipping participants with the tools and strategies needed to develop, execute, and sustain a detailed REH action plan. Learners will explore key components of effective action plans, methods for building and leading action planning teams, and approaches for tracking progress and measuring success.
Throughout the program, participants will also be introduced to valuable resources, marketing tools, and support available through the Rural Health Redesign Center, ensuring they are prepared not only to convert to an REH model, but to thrive within it.
